Sunshine Policy -Effective July 1, 2010
It is the policy of BACR to provide the public access to certain documents that have not been deemed confidential (e.g. agency budget, tax return, and financial audits or program evaluations). The public is entitled upon request to inspect and copy documents. The public may inspect these documents during the organization’s regular business hours of 9:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday. If the copying of documents is over 50 pages, a fee of 10 cents per page will be charged.
