Our purpose is to provide human resources to school districts and other large organizations in order to facilitate rapid deployment of staff and resources so that direct services can be provided to consumers quickly and efficiently. We serve as a fiscal sponsor for community-based groups so they can develop and add value to the community.

Fiscal sponsorship activities are tailor-made to fit the needs of each sponsored program. BACR currently sponsors five school districts and three community-based projects.
