Jonas brings to BACR an extensive background in both non-profit and for-profit Bay Area organizations. He played key roles in scaling, high-growth organizations and companies nationally—including Brilliant Corners, Revolution Foods, Sports4Kids/PlayWorks, and Noah’s Bagels. Jonas also led operations efforts for several international youth development organizations including Global Citizen Year, and as founder of World PULSE, a Bay Area international non-profit for young adults from low-income backgrounds. (Fun fact:  Jonas actually recruited BAYAC Corpsmembers for World PULSE almost 30 years ago!) In addition to his operations expertise, he also brings hands-on experience in program, project and people management, technology and finance. Jonas is married with two grown children, and enjoys the occasional moments of glory and much-more-frequent moments of injury that come with his soccer and mountain biking habits.
