At times we all need help sorting out life's complexities. At the Marin Counseling Collaborative (MCC) offers professional, skilled, affordable, psychotherapy to address the challenges that life can bring. The Marin Counseling Collaborative is a community counseling center and training program operated by Bay Area Community Resources. MCC provides counseling to adults, couples, and families. All of our therapists have specialties in working with children and adolescents.

CARIN GROVE, LMFT
Carin Grove received her Master's in Clinical Psychology from the University Of San Francisco. Licensed since 2002 Carin has been in private practice in Marin County. Carin is the Clinical Director at Bay Area Community Resources and the Marin Counseling Clinic. Carin has been overseeing the counseling in schools program through Bay Area Community Resources for the last 10 years in addition to running a successful clinic and private practice.
Carin has counseled people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Her specialty is adolescents and all of the various issues that come along with being a teenager. She has helped adolescents struggling with depression; anxiety and panic attacks; substance abuse; co-dependency; childhood abuse and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She works with individuals, couples, and families.
Carin has the ability to hold the depths of the human psyche with understanding, curiosity, and compassion. She enjoys helping clients explore and discover aspects of themselves and strengthen their sense of self.
BONNIE KAUFMAN, LPCC
Bonnie specializes in counseling adolescents and families, in both individual and group settings, who are working through a wide range of issues including substance abuse and addiction, adjustment disorder, anxiety, eating disorders, and gender identity. When seeing teenagers and young adults she believes in working collaboratively with parents, the family, school counselors, pediatricians, and others to provide an optimum level of care. She has experience working within the school system. She offers an integrative approach to client-centered therapy, using humanistic and cognitive-behavioral techniques and adapts her counseling style to your specific needs as you focus on talking through or modifying what you are concerned about.
Bonnie holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University in New York.
JENNIFER LANCIAULT, AMFT
Jennifer Lanciault received her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Dominican University and is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Jennifer has experience as a college and high school therapist and has worked with clients on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, eating disorders, and test anxiety. Jennifer’s style is gentle, kind, and thoughtful. Her goal is to help clients explore their deepest truths and move toward self-acceptance in a safe and caring environment. Jennifer offers her clients an open-minded and non-judgmental space full of compassion and understanding. Using her background as a yoga teacher, Jennifer helps her clients integrate patience, mindfulness and mind-body awareness into their self-care routines. As a former businesswoman, Jennifer’s approach to self-discovery is professional, practical, and oriented toward positive change.
